Brushes are used in shot blasting machines after shot blasting process for removal of the shot from upper surface of the cleaned element. Segment roller brush is the most effective and economical way to remove the shot immediately after blasting.

Our brushes are compatible with shot blasting machines of world’s top producers. They are made of segments with dimensions – length and diameter – made at customer’s request. Single brushes are mounted into aluminum or steel rings which are easy to fix on the shaft. Brushes are made of high heat and wear resistant nylon monofilaments. In our brushes we apply additional special protection which prevents brush from wringing.

In case of brushes (ours and those of other producers) mounted into steel rings it is possible to remanufacture it by removing worn out elements and put new brushes elements into old steel rings.

We also offer brushes for removal of the shot made of segments with cross-section in shape of quarter of circle which are screw down directly to the shaft. In this type of brush nylon monofilaments are set in holder using string method. We produce brushes made of plastic segments but we can also remanufacture brushes made of wooden segments. We remanufacture brushes by removing worn out monofilament fibers and putting new fibers into the same holders.
