Only a brush car wash equipped with high-quality equipment and accessories ensures the highest washing quality and guarantees proper vehicle protection for the user. For this reason, we refurbish cylindrical side brushes together with top brushes for portal (gantry) car washes designed for passenger cars, trucks, TIR vehicles, buses, trams, and railway rolling stock.
In addition to service and refurbishment, we also offer reliable equipment for car wash facilities.
In our brushes, we use top-quality specialist synthetic fibres made of Mylex polyethylene, designed specifically for automatic car washes. They are available in various colours, with lengths of 800, 900, and 1200 mm, an X-shaped cross-section, and split ends up to 10 mm.
The most commonly used colours in automatic car wash brushes are blue, red, yellow, and green. We also offer the possibility to customise car wash brushes according to the customer’s requirements.
Upon request, we can also refurbish the elements used to mount the fibres. We offer short lead times and competitive prices. Our staff have many years of experience in refurbishing brushes for automatic car washes and other applications.

For special orders, soft foam can be used instead of fibres; however, please note that in such cases the lead time will be significantly longer, and we will require prior information regarding the foam shape, colour, and dimensions.
