Brushes set in steel frames for cleaning stamps
Offer

The brushes are used for removing concrete residues from concrete paver stamps. The working part of the brush consists of a flat spring steel wire and synthetic filaments. The frame is made of galvanized stainless steel. It is possible to make a brush only with filaments or only with flat wire.

We offer special 6 cm high brushes with wire quantity increased by 20% for concrete pavers with a radius at the circumference, i.e. decorative pavers resembling old (Starobruk) or Roman style (Nostalit) paving. They are all marked as 6BL brushes.

On request we also offer profiled brushes for sewers. To take advantage of this offer, send us a drawing with the appropriate dimensions and section shape or a drawing of the mould stamp made by the mould manufacturer.

Maximum brush length: 1400 mm.
Acceptable brush deflection: 5 mm.

Explanation of symbols on the brushes:
working part height without frame in cm, frame type x length in mm
Example: 9BL x 1300 - the height of the working part is 9 cm, BL stands for a steel plate frame and the brush length is 1300 mm.

If you cannot find the brush type for you in the table below, please fill in the form on the website to enable us to prepare an offer tailored to your needs.
