Shock absorbers

A shock absorber’s rubber hardness should be given according to the machine manufacturer requirements specified in the technical instruction.

The rubber can be:

• soft 50+5°Sh
• medium 65+5°Sh
• hard 80+5°Sh

Rubber and metal bars for paver grabs and HDS cranes and shock absorbing

Standard bars have a rectangular or trapezoid section. A steel flat or steel channel section is used for mounting the bar to the machine.
Shock absorbing bars have a rectangular cross-section and a single hardness - 55°Sh. As well as specifying the dimensions, please state the rubber hardness in your enquiry.

Scraper bar

The bar scraping concrete from the drawer to the mould is made of polyurethane with a thickness of 90+5°Sh - plastic resistant to wear.

Board pads for paver testing.

Pads made of board are used for testing paver resistance to splitting. The pads are made according to PN-EN 1338:2005 Concrete paving blocks. Requirements and test methods. We can provide a test certificate on request.

Measuring rulers and angle

The instruments are used for checking the quality of manufactured pavers and other elements according to the following standards:

• PN-EN 1338:2005 Concrete paving blocks. Requirements and test methods.
• PN-EN 1339:2005 Concrete paving flags. Requirements and test methods.
• PN-EN-1341:2003 Slabs of natural stone for external paving – Requirements and test methods.

A calibration certificate is enclosed with each ruler and angle set.
